Cancellation Policy
Life's unpredictability is acknowledged, yet for the smooth functioning of T The Lash Fairy LLC, adherence to our cancellation policy is kindly requested:
1. Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours incurs a fee equal to 50% of the service fee.
2. No-shows without prior notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service fee.
3. A 15-minute grace period is granted for late arrivals. Beyond this, the session may be shortened or rescheduled, with the full price still applicable.
While unforeseen circumstances are understood, missed appointments disrupt service to other clients and result in lost resources. Your cooperation is appreciated.
